this is a quick study of Dutch Girl in White by Robert Henri. it was the most alluring painting i saw there and i dont know why... but its really hard to capture her essence like the original and i kind of gave her a disproportionate face...

color theory is freaking hard. but i feel like i get a little better the more i think while i make art. who knew u had to think to be good at things lol 

but i feel like the colors werent what i got wrong here. its definitely the proportions that are off and i think its cause i focused on color so much. u gotta find a healthy balance which i can be kinda bad at when i get focused
